The foil
feeder
provides
the
supply
of the
right
quantity
of
aluminium
for the
mould.
To do
this it
pushes
the
aluminium,
which is
found
between
a set of
paired
rollers.
These
are
motored
by a
Brushless
motor
and
monitored
during
the
rotation
by an
inbuilt
servomechanism.
In
addition
there is
a
distancing
mechanism
for the
rollers
for the
initial
loading
and for
the
“free
scratch”
mechanism.
The
rollers
are
rubberized
to
guarantee
perfect
traction
even
with
strong,
excessive
closing
rollers.
In
particular,
the
dimensions
of the
Foil
Storage
Aligner
are
proportional
to the
size of
the
largest
aluminium
strip,
so that
the
Press
can
function
smoothly.
To
perfectly
balance
the
traction
of the
rollers,
there
are 2
pressure
reducers,
which
react on
two
pistons
placed
either
side.
The
Advanced
Foil
Storage
Aligner
is able
to
advance
the
aluminium
foil at
a speed
of
1.2÷2
m/s with
a
duration
cycle of
0.5 and
0.16
seconds.
