The
stacker
is
required
to
collect
the
containers
coming
out from
the
press.
The
stacker
is an
electro
pneumatic
machine
commanded
by a PLC
that
stacks
the
trays
coming
out from
the
press,
loading
them and
stacking
them in
columns.
The
stacker
can be
used in
production
lines
with
presses
that
work up
to
120÷140
beats
per
minute.
It is
controllable
according
to the
demands
of the
cycle of
production
through
an
operative
panel
TOUCH
SCREEN
in which
it is
possible
to set
the
number
of
containers
per
stack
and the
speed of
the
ribbon’s
transporter.

With a
quick
and easy
set-up
of the
rails,
it is
possible
to stack
containers
of
different
dimensions.
The
stacker
is
suitable
to stack
all
container
shapes:
rectangular,
circular,
oval.
